Technician's Assistant: What brand and model of e-reader do you have?

Paperwhite. Books: Police,,purchased March 25th Year one, Feb.3 and Emporers Revenge, Feb.3 I have already paid.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your Kindle? What have you tried so far?

Since early Feb. I just kept looking to see if they were downloaded.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the E-reader Expert to know before I connect you?

I hope you can help.. If no mtaybe you will give me a credit for the amount of $32.52.

Please press and hold down the power button for 25-30 seconds until the Kindle restarts
If that does not work, then please respond back and let me know so I can continue to troubleshoot.

I was charged for the books, it's on my bank statement. I see that I was to respond sooner for the
Feb. purchase. March is pending. Just for fun I downloaded a book yesterday that cost .99 cents to see if the reboot
worked, but it did not.
Not happy..
