I want to order...

I want to order a book, note says I need to update card. I have checked my card and it is ok. I changed password, and it still won't let me. What is required that I'm missing?

Page actually says "Credit Card set-up.Need to log in again before adding new card." I don't want to act new card.

Please just cancel telephone call request and cancel l$20 charge. I will deal with this somehow.

Could you please go to settings in your e-reader and then search for option device info and then you will be able to see the model number and other necessary details please let me know that.
