I am having trouble...

I am having trouble keying in a credit card to pay for a book on my kindle. I checked my Amazon account and there is a valid card on file.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your Kindle? What have you tried so far?

I keep trying to key in the information on the kindle which is awkward at best since its an original kindle. Why won't the kindle access my account at Amazon

I ordered the book on my computer instead of directly on the kindle. It said it's in the kindle cloud- wherever that is. So far it hasn't downloaded to my kindle.
