I have a new KINDLE almost 5 years old however I don't know how to use it.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your Kindle? What have you tried so far?

I would like to switch to a phone but I cannot pay any more so I guess that method won't work.
I am afraid that if we cannot solve the problem quicker I will have to remove myself from this.
