Hi, we recently bought 2 kindle fire 7's for our daughters so now I'm trying to download an app on kindle fire 7 it says we have no storage

Technician's Assistant: When did this downloading issue start with your Kindle Fire?

Today today is our first time trying to download

Technician's Assistant: Have you tried a force reboot (pressing and holding the power button for a minute)?

I see in the settings that we have no storage left we have 2 daughters (jillian and Lilah) on Lilah's kindle, I see Jillian's name is ***** ***** half of the storage my wife set up the kindles she just turned them on, and answered a bunch of questions but now we see that 12 GB is almost full

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap Settings.
  2. Tap Device Options, and then tap Reset to Factory Defaults.
  3. Tap Reset to confirm.

when i swipe down, it doesn't say "settings". There is a window that offers "Storage", "exit profile", "bluetooth", etc
