I use Kindle e- reader on three devices: Kindle (uncertain model), i Pad and iPhone 8. Recently, restored and rebooted iPhone 8. Now, on iPhone 8, to open Kindle to my library, iy asks me to enter my Amazon username and password. I do so and am taken to my Amazon account page; notg to my

If you don't have it, please go to the APP STORE and search for it then download it. It sounds as though perhaps you are using the Safari web browser rather than the Kindle app. Could that be the case?

If you have the app and you click on APP icon to open it, you may be asked to log in and you may also have to enter a captcha ( a word phrase sown on screen to prove you're not a robot). You may also be asked to verify your identity via email or phone. Once you've done that, the APP will open to your library. Please try this and keep me posted as to your progress. THank you!
