I just connected a netgear84 router/modem to my wireless provider. Can't get my kindle to connect

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your NETGEAR84? What have you tried so far?

Just started using netgear yesterday works fine for my laptop, no problem there. Went to use kindle tonight since I connected netgear

That's ok, you can ignore any automated offers that may pop up - they are sent automatically by the site.

Can the Kindle connect ok to other wifi networks?

There may be a glitch in the network connection between the Kindle and the Netgear device.

Try restarting all network equipment, and also try restarting the Kindle device by pressing and holding the power button to turn it off, then turn it back on.

Let me know if that works?
