I'm stuck between Profile...

I'm stuck between Profile and Settings, can't reach New ands Recent or even Library, some error is being signaled with my credit card.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last charge your e-reader?

Last night, I have 93

Technician's Assistant: Have you tried a force reboot (pressing and holding the power button for a minute)?

I turned off completely and waited ten minutes.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the E-reader Expert to know before I connect you?

I haven't been really happy with this format since I walked out of the store with it last December.
