Just bought a new tablet and having trouble matching my existing email and password ***** register to Amazon.

Actually we are trying to register for a first time..nothing to do with the reader

Be sure that your tablet is first connected to WiFi, by tapping on the antenna icon on it.

Then make sure it is connected to your WiFi.

After that, going to Register the tablet should work, if you select the option for 'I already have an account' rather than the other option. Then enter the email/username for your Amazon account, then enter the password ***** that Amazon account, and you should have a good registered (and connected) tablet after that.
