I get various message the most current is the information you entered does not match an amazon account

You will see an email from Amazon on how to reset your password.

If the email includes a link, click on it.

If it gives you a temporary password, make sure that you type it EXACTLY as it appears (capitalize letters, etc)

I tried that various times yesterday but I will try it again. When I attempted it just now it says my password ***** has been blocked and to contact Amazon which somehow brought me to you
