I don't understand what's...

I don't understand what's going on, and when I was ready to press the order I had, there was nothing to say that I was through and this is what I am ordering.

Technician's Assistant: What brand and model of e-reader do you have?

I'm just using my computer, a Mac. I am so frustrated.

Technician's Assistant: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your Mac?

I don't know what that is. I went to the Amazon site and browsed, chose my items and was ready to confirm the order, but didn't know how to do it. The last time I ordered items, it was very simple.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your Mac? What have you tried so far?

I chose my items and pressed the order now. Chose another item and did the same thing. The Order Details came on the screen, but there was nothing to let them know it was a go with the order. I started my browsing at least 15 minutes ago, feels like an hour.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

I just want to have the order completed.
