I need to change my credit card on my nook account.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

I'm trying to log into my account online for 2-3 weeks since I lost my card and had to get a new one. When I try and buy a e-book the nook says I have to renew my account but I don't know where to do that.
