I have bought a...

I have bought a new Kindle , I already have a Paperwhite 7th Generation which I still use. I cannot register my new one as I have forgotten my password, and also the EMail address I was using. My present EMail address is "*****@******.***". I have tried everything and I am very frustrated (I am 88!) Please can you help? My new one is Kindle Paperwhite 3.

I only bought it last week and am trying to register it, but have forgotten my password ***** d what EMail address I used for my other Kindle paperwhite 7th Gen. which I am still using. I bought my 1st one Dec. 2013.My new one is Paperwhite3.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the E-reader Expert to know before I connect you?
