I am messed up with my kindle...we lost power for a bit and I did not know so I was asked for a numerical password ***** to get in ...but it will m

It is a kindle white I believe...the original password ***** kindle was Sarasota 123...and my amazon was 96mlorelei

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

Just this afternoon when the power went off and I did not know it so kindle was telling me that they could not connect that’s when I used a password ***** 193680. Are you there. ....helloooooo
