Hi I am Judy Wylie and have account with you. Somehow we have up dated with sparks, New Zealand and now I can't get out of the passward

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?

It's ollee about 12 months old

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

Has been going on for about 2 weeks, Haven't tried trouble shooting as I can't get out of the incorrect passcode

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the E-reader Expert to know before I connect you?

Have now connected to wifi Willywonka and can't seem to be able to purchase books as before with Amazon
