I bought a new Kindle Fire 7 and did all the programming as instructed. Somehow I didn't record my password. So I can't connect. Can you help me program a new password?

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?

It is brand new. Kindle Fire 7.

There is no troubleshooting needed.

What I would like for you to do, is a factory reset that will reset your Kindle back to new condition.

To do this, put the Kindle to the Off position > Hold the power button, and the volume down button at the same time for 15 seconds.

The Kindle should turn on and say it has Reset back to new. From here you can set your Kindle back up and record your password.
