I have been trying...

I have been trying for over a week to place an order but they refuse to accept my (not my email but whar I need to check in. I have used it ever since I got my computer in 2000 and didn't think I had changed it. I do want to place an order but if they aren't going to let do it, I'll go to Penneys. I have done business with Amazon several times and can't think what the problem is They won't send me whatever code they have. I just can't think of the word they want.

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?

My PC is an HP2009m.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

It's been working ok. It's on your end I have all my trouble. Why won't they send me whatever code ( I can't think of the word tonight) they have for me so I can see what is wrong with it. I have used the same password ( that's it) for years and didn't think I had changed it for Amazon.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the E-reader Expert to know before I connect you?

Just get me through so I can order the items I want. I've been trying for over a week and while I can choose them they won't recognize me to check out even though I have ordered successfully several times before.
