JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?

JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have not used it in some time, but as of late had this problem. When I try to access the web it goes in load mode, but does not make the connection

To connect the Nook to a wireless network:

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap WiFi. Wait a moment as your Nook detects the WiFi networks in range.
  3. Find optimumwifi from the list of available networks (SSIDs) and tap it.
  4. Wait a few seconds while your Nook connects.

I tried your suggested solution and the wifi address you said I would see did not exist. Don't make me take back my ***** rating

Can the Nook see any wifi addresses at all?

If so, select the name of your own wifi network.
