Hi there and welcome

How are you accessing Yahoo finance? Via the website or an app?

Please let me know

Thank you

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
There are two different looking apps on my Ipad. I should have said that I can get all the news etc on one app but I am blocked out when attempting to get to my portfolios or individual stocks owned. I was able to receive but about a month ago that part has just frozen and will not let me sign in. Thanks

What is the name of the app you use to access the stocks on?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Its blue with a white market like drawing going up and outlined with a green banner.

If you open Safari and go to Yahoo Finance there, does it then work?
