How to update credit card information. When I click on the "update 1-click" the next screen says "sign in". But no keyboard, so how do I sign in?
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: 5 years. Model? Like everything, can't find it.

To change any of your payment information, you need to update your Amazon "One Click Payments" credit or debit card info from a PC or Laptop (NOTE: This can not be done from the Kindle directly).
