I scrolled to the end of a 13 page list and the unit froze up. Nothing works. I had trouble getting the pages to advance, but once I did everything looked OK. Unit is fully charged.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: paper white about 8 years old.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Started today. No troubleshooting available since nothing responds.i
