Totally messed up. All I keep getting is webpage not available. Can you help?
JA: What brand and model of e-reader do you have?
Customer: Klu by Curtis
JA: What Curtis model do you have? How old is it?
Customer: LT7035-L
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: wEBPAGE NOT AVAILABLE ON ALL
JA: How long has this been an issue with your Curtis? What happened right before this?
Customer: 3 days Read a book one night and the next night it was haywire
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?

If you have not yet tried to power your tablet off for 30 seconds please try that first.

Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds to turn it off, then restart it again.

If that doesn't work then we can try some other options.
