Hi Pearl: I recently bought two new Nook ereaders in Boston. I've charged one fully. I attempted to download a book from our local library, but when I plug ereader into computer and go to adobe, the book is there, but the ereader isn't so I can't drag the item to the reader.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: It's brand new. Nook GlowLight Plus
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I only tried this yesterday. My daughter who is much more savvy than I with computers tried and couldn't find a solution. She worked on it for about 2 hours. I don't know what she would have tried.
