Customer Question

I think I have lost connection to the internet. I ordered several books to be downloaded to my kindle and it did not happen.
JA: When did this downloading issue start with your Kindle?
Customer: several weeks ago I think.
JA: Have you tried a force reboot (pressing and holding the power button for a minute)?
Customer: NO! should I try that?
JA: Anything else you want the e-reader expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no, thank you.

First, try restarting your Kindle - press and hold the power button to shut it down.

Then turn it back on again.

If the books still don't start downloading then try restarting your wireless router.

Let me know if that works?
