My kindle keeps telling me I'm out of storage. What do I do?

Customer Question

My kindle keeps telling me I'm out of storage. What do I do?
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: it says Amazon the numbers on the back areCE0682 and it's a kindle fire
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried deleting things I don't use, keeping all books but the ones I'm reading in the cloud. I do have a lot of pictures but I don't know how to transfer them to my computer. A few months.
JA: Anything else you want the e-reader expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I think that's it.

Welcome, I am Cory. Thank you for asking your question today.

In order to transfer pictures to the computer, you should be able to use the USB plug and plug it in the computer. Once you plug it in the computer, it will download the files needed and you will access the Kindle files via My Computer.

By freeing up pictures, it should give the room you need to use the Kindle.
