hi I placed an order for a new kindle paperwhite on line. On the 9th july received a email stating that they had received my order. I sent a email on approximately the 17th july enquiring where my order was . 19th
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: received a reply that they would follow up with warehouse after I threatened cancelling theorder.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: can not fine a phone number for kindle but none can be found. The numbers I have found say that they cant be reached
