Have just moved my residence from Richford vt 05476 to Enosburg Falls 05450, cannot make my kindle work . cannot even find out model number tetc
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Amazon kindle fcc 2AE6T 578 3 years
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: This has just started when I wanted to order new books yesterday. Cannot do any touble shoting as nothing so far will make it work again
