Hello, - thank you. I have a 3G and wifi kindle; it shows that I have switched on to wifi ect, but I cannot shop or get info on books
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: version 3.2.1 (576290015) is that correct ?
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried re- starting from the start up on menu etc. I have tried various wifi setting
JA: Anything else you want the eReader expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: sorry think i was disconnected! I had this same problem previously and my firist kindle was replaced. However I have had this one for about 4 years
