I have a list of e-books that I have paid for online and have not received on my reader. Can u help me. Lee Mattingly
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: It is several years and I beleive 5th generation
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: two or three weeks and I have no idea how to troubleshoot. I think the problem may have started when I was forced to open a new email account. The account I was using showed my device to be Lee's 2nd kindle. Now with the ne address, it shows only, Lee's kindle.
JA: Anything else you want the eReader expert to know before I connect you?

First, on your computer, login to your Amazon account. Tell me if your 2nd Kindle is registered. You should be able to see it in your list of devices, and if you do, you can choose the books to send to your 2nd Kindle. If it's not on the list, you'll need to register the Kindle, then you'll be able to send books to it. Let me know if you have any trouble.
