I bought a new Kindle recently. It came with no instructions. Other than turning it on and plugging in the power cord, I am unable to do anything with my Kindle. Please guide me to a set of directions so I may start to enjoy my purchase.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: it was purchased recently. I have it in a special cover which I bought to protect it. I cannot see a model number or name on this Kindle.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried before but no success. Don't know what to use for troubleshooting.
