Customer Question

I have ordered a book from Amazon. How do I access it on an iPad or my Galaxy S4 phone?
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: Probably 4 years It still works well and I don't want another $400 charge to change to it. I'm thinking of switching carriers and a new phone will bind me to another 2 year contract.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Nothing. I need to know how to start the process to get the book on my phone, iPad or laptop to be able to read it.
JA: Anything else you want the eReader expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I think that's good.

First, on the particular device, that is not a Kindle device, you need to

1. download the Kindle Reader app,

2. start that app

3. Register and/or log in, to your account, in the Kindle Reader app

4. then you can A. download, and B. read, your books/magazines and other content from your Amazon account, that you have bought already, and also C. buy other content too.

The Kindle Reader app for iPad is downloadable here from iTunes:

The Kindle Reader app for your Samsung S4 (for Android that is) is here:
