I ordered a book for my kindle, but before you could charge me I lost the credit card and had it replaced by a new card. I have written you several times asking you to just put the charge for the book on my new credit card, but so far it hasn't been done. My daughter orders items for me and they come to my house and she is using my new credit card, but if I try to tell you to change the charge of the one book from my lost credit card to my new credit card I cannot get it done. I realize that I don't remember my password, but you could use the password ***** you use when my daughter orders mdse for me, but somehow that must be impossible. So why don't you tell me what my old password ***** and I can use it, or is that impossible. If that's the case then help me to get a new password ***** I can get the account fixed and settled.

I don't know. I have a small fire which I have for a few years and a new one which I received last Christmas.

I have written several times and I always got the pages with crinkly numbers which I had to repeat and after that goes on for several times I become frustrated and jus give up and get out of the program

No, if I can get the charge for the book from the old credit card to the new one which is **********, exp 03/19. and i can order books again, that would be okay.
