Customer Question

quot; I own a 7" samsung galaxy nook and the it is telling me the storage is full.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: 7" Samsung Galazy nook. Model SM-T230NU
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: About a month and I tried inserting an SD card and it will not recognize it.
JA: Anything else you want the eReader expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Can you put a game I already have and have been working on in the SD card as the upgrade to the game is what caused the problems. Not enough room to take the upgrade

If you delete an app that you do not use, it will free up enough space.

  1. Pull down the notification panel from the top of the screen.
  2. Tap the Settings (gear) icon and choose the General tab.
  3. Tap the Application manager in the left panel.
  4. Slide the scrolling categories to select Downloaded.
  5. Tap the app name.
  6. Tap Uninstall to delete the app.
