Customer Question

Why can't I download more than one book at a time
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: It's a Kindle White
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Its been going on for quite a while. I down load 2 or 3 books at a time. By the time I read the first book, it tells me the other 2 have expired. I read a book a day.
JA: Anything else you want the eReader expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I remember one time on my other kindle, they told me I had to delete all the books off after I read them. I tried, but it would only let me delete 2. I may not be doing it the right way

My name is Randy,

I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue.

I will be glad to assist you.

This is usually caused by a glitch in the firmware and can be resolved by a forced reboot, then your kindle will work normally again. Slide or press and hold the power switch for 40 seconds, then release. Then press or slide the power button to restart if the device does not start up again on its own.
