I have a new one and lost the image. I need a whole support system. How do I restore? How do I enlarge?
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: All I see is Kindle Voyage ce0700
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It is new. My grandson gave it to me for Mothers Days and puta book o it. It read fine for a while then I apparently touched something that sent it to Glossary and I can't get it back to the book
JA: Anything else you want the eReader expert to know before I connect you?

This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.

Remove the charger from the Kindle and hold the power button to off for 35 seconds.

Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the Kindle and use it.
