My home screen on my Amazon Fire tv is frozen
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Lg2630 a couple of years old
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just a day or I checked the connection and rebooted. I did try it on a different tv with the same results

Offhand, how long have you owned the Fire TV and have you tried replacing the batteries in the remote yet?

Additionally, have you fully rebooted the Fire by unplugging it's USB power connection for a minute and then plugging it back in?

Also please reply back as to whether this is the Fire TV stick, or the Box.
