my cloud will not download to my e-reader
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: kindle e-reader
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i was told to hold it down for forty sec. the on button
JA: Anything else you want the eReader expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: my old kindle #2 froze and he told me to do the same thing because it wont let me open any books or apps. it says i need to go to the store and buy again
