Hi there and welcome

Can you tell me please exactly what happens when you try to connect to the wifi network?

Thank you

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Screen message is - your kindle is unable to connect to wifi network. Would you like to enter the password ***** pr manually set up this network. This message repeats although i gave tried three different wifi servers

This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.

Remove the charger from the Kindle and hold the power button to off for 60 seconds.

Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the Kindle and connect it.

Let me know the results please

Thank you
