I wish to order books on my kindle but have been told i need to set up a default credit card now, also will not except my email address.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Paper white , about 4/5 years old
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Going on for months, have tried to advise of new expiry date for credit card, but i am unable to log in because it will not accept my new email address
JA: Anything else you want the eReader expert to know before I connect you?

To edit your Kindle payment method:

  1. Go to Manage Your Content and Devices on the Amazon website.
  2. From Settings, select Edit Payment Method below Digital Payment Settings.
  3. Select the desired credit card information, or add a new card and then click Continue.
  4. Enter the desired billing address and then click Continue. You will be taken back to the Digital Payment Settings page where you can view your edited 1-Click payment method.
