Hi. I'm Steve and I will be assisting you today. I've been here since 2005.

*** Please note that I cannot take a call right now*** - the site is sending you those prompts, not me. If you need phone support, I can opt out and another expert will help you.

Ok, let's see what we can do here.

Is this your credit card registered with Amazon? For your Kindle account?
Let me know.

I don't know what you mean by "registered with Amazon".
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
I have been using one credit card for almost 6 years now on my Kindle. Now I want to change my credit card to a different one.
Expert:  Steve G. replied 9 months ago.

Ok. That's exactly what I meant. Your card with Amazon.

Hold on please and I'll type in how to change it.

Expert:  Steve G. replied 9 months ago.

Go to www.amazon.com/myk and log in.

Click on Settings.

Click on Edit Payment Settings and add your new credit card in there.

Delete the old one if you wish.

That's it.
Please let me know if you need more help.

Hi, I was wondering if you read my answer?

If so, do you have any further questions?

Hi Steve! I got your answer and started using it immediately. Thanks so much for giving me my correct answer! Terri
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
This is just a one time question. I don't want any other "plan".
Expert:  Steve G. replied 9 months ago.

I'll make sure you are not on a subscription plan.

A QUICK NOTE: If you would, please take a couple of seconds to rate my service using three to five stars. My rating is very important to me, and having helped over 20,000 customers like yourself I like to keep a high rating.

It does not close our discussion. We can continue if needed but it is the only way I am credited with helping you. It does not cost anything to rate my service.

I thank you in advance.

Regards

Steve
