I have books on order for my kindle and they are not here. I have called and messaged many times and nothing happens!!
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: It does not say on it. It's just an old kindle.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have been on the phone with techs and they ask me quesions about my kindle. I have a new internet provider and think that may be the problem. It is Frontier and I told them that, but I still do not get my books.
