Just got a Nook Glowlight.. am showing "authentication problem"/ I have rebooted everything... my modem, my router and my Nook.. no joy
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Just bought it today.. Glowlight olus plus
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: This has been going on since this evening once the charge was complete. I attempted to get this going and it was no go. As I said, I have rebooted the Nook, my router and my modem.
JA: Anything else you want the eReader expert to know before I connect you?
