Earlier today and 3 times in the last 15 minutes I have clicked change and entered my new credit card number and my old number keeps appearing.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: I have no device !!! I have a new credit card number. I have entered it 4 times and you keep printing my old number, What's wrong?
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: II don't know what you mean by troubleshooting. Why don't you accept my new credit card number? I have clicked change and entered it 4 times today and you still print my old number.
JA: Anything else you want the eReader expert to know before I connect you?

Hi there and welcome

To renew this you must update the details via your computer on your Amazon account.

To do this, please do the below steps.

Visit the page for your account -

- Log into using your Amazon account (the same Amazon account you have registered on your Kindle)

On the right side select "Settings"

Under 'Kindle Payment Settings' (first option)

Click 'Edit Payment Method'

Change your credit card details.

Restart your Kindle and it will update

It will then be updated
