also, wifi is good, battery is good.

1. What's the make / model of your ereader device, such as kindle, kobo, nook, iPad, Samsung, etc.?

2. Does your device have touchscreen?

3. Can you press and hold (or slide and hold) the power on / off button / switch on your device for about 45 seconds, then turn it back on and check.
