Cannot order books, changed password, changed billing information several times. Too frustrating!!!
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Not relevant, was receiving books less than six months ago

Customer: Billing info is the problem, changed address, credit card compromised and sent replacement, all info submitted today
