I need to update my visa information and I don't know how to do it
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: I'm not sure. I've had it for about 6 years. Its a small one - 6x4 -
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I got notice that my payment hadn't gone through on a previous book I bought and I thought I had successfully updated my info because I was able to finish reading the book. But I just tried to buy another book and it listed the old book as not being paid and said that I needed to update the info. I went into the area where my visa info is and I can't see a way to add a new card.
