I changed wifi settings and have a new password. kindle recognizes the wifi but won't connect because the password ***** ***** I know the password ***** can't find a place to enter it. can you help?
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: kindle fire hd. don't know its age. how can I find out
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: just since I got a new wifi address a week ago. all my other devices let me put in a password ***** I can't find a way to do this on my kindle

Swipe down from the top and click on Wireless

Under Wi-Fi, you will see your Wi-Fi network listed.

Press your finger down on the Wi-Fi name and you should see an option for FORGET or FORGET NETWORK -- Select that option and your old password ***** ***** removed.

Tap on your Wi-Fi network again and it will prompt you to enter your password.
