JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: It's an iPad mini, I purchased it two years ago.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It started about a week ago. Only rebooting, I don't know what else to try. I tried rebooting again, about a minute ago. It's still rebooting.
JA: Anything else you want the ereader expert to know before I connect you?

Hi ,

My name is***** am sorry to hear that you are having this issue.

I will be glad to assist you with this.

Try these steps on your NOOK please>

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap WiFi. Wait a moment as your Nook detects the WiFi networks in range.
  3. Find your home wifi network name in the list of available network (SSIDs) and tap it.
  4. Wait a few seconds, it should ask for your wifi network password ***** If it doesn't ask for the password, tap on forget then try tapping on the network name again , then see if your Nook connects.

It says it is connected, testing... which is the same thing it was saying before.

I was thinking of rebooting my wifi router.

Is this a possibility.
Expert:  Randy Boman replied 8 months ago.

yes, actually that is the next best option to try. Disconnect the power form the router for 1 minute, then reconnect the power cord. Then wait 5 minutes for the router to reboot and try the nook again.
