My questions of yesterday don't matter now as I have sorted

Customer Question

My questions of yesterday don't matter now as I have sorted things out. But I find on my Kindle guide that to download the books I have bought over the last 4 or 5 years (on 2 previous KIndles I owned and which died), I have to get them off the Cloud. If I hit the button on the screen to go to the Cloud I get nothing of use. Does this mean that I have go on the Cloud first via my computer?
