JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: it was a Christmas gift 4-7 years ago Where would I find model # et el please?
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: right after I got it but we couldn't find receipt so Ive lived w it but know I want to give it fowrd but not sticking
